IT'S ALMOST THANKSGIVING 😁

Reminder- No School on Thursday, Nov 25th & Friday, Nov 26th (Early Release Wednesday, Nov 24th @ 10:45 am)

In this issue we take a look at the jobs associated with bringing you your thanksgiving meal.

In the pre-vaccine world of Turkey Day 2020, a whole lot of Thanksgiving hosts took the year off — and they’re making up for it this year. According to research from Lending Tree, nearly half of those surveyed — a record 47% — plan to host guests on Thanksgiving in 2021. That’s up from 41% in 2020, which isn’t surprising.

The average Thanksgiving host will spend $391.60 this year.

Americans will spend $927 million on 46 million turkeys this year for Thanksgiving 2021 vs $793 million spent in 2020. (finder.com)
