That's a Wrap! Worldwide sales conference 2017

As Worldwide Sales Conference comes to a close here in Las Vegas, the Adobe salesforce launches 2017 with a rousing call to action! More than 3,100 attendees were engaged and inspired by passionate General Sessions, amazing demos and a clear vision for the year ahead!

Tech Cafe

Thor Pili led the Tech Cafe team in closing a total of 311 cases across four and a half days, highlighted by a quick Thank You visit from our new CIO, Cynthia Stoddard! The team also did their part in answering hundreds more non-IT questions, like directions to rooms or other areas of the venue. They have definitely proved again their value to this event!

New to the Tech Cafes this year, tablets for case creation.

Event Network

Throughout the conference, Don Ripley monitored the WiFi networks in both Aria and Bellagio, ensuring solid connection speeds were maintained by the each of the venues. We showed a peak total of 4,551 unique connections and a combined 3.8TB of data processed!

Livestreaming & Recording

A total of 5 General Sessions were successfully streamed and recorded via Inside Adobe TV. In addition, 6 breakout, and 16 pre-con sessions from both the Aria and Bellagio, were also masterfully recorded and made available for download by Trevor Whitney and Jay Ciucci.

Executives

We are pleased to report that the executives in attendance experienced only a few minor issues, 4 to be exact, and Robert Peterson quickly put things back in order each time. Thank you, Robert!

Thank you to the WWSC FY17 IT Team! We appreciate your dedication and support!
