Climate Factors that affect climate

#1 - Latitude - distance North or South of the Equator

#2 - Ocean Currents - directed movement of water that occurs in Earth's oceans.

#3 - Orographic Effect - a mountain barrier forces air to rise over it, causing the air to cool, condense, and precipitate. The air is now cool, dry, and forced to sink, creating two different climates on the two mountain sides.
