Amazon Creek was established 10 years ago to provide custom-made European luxury holidays.​

In 2017, 'Amazon Creek' became 'Amazon Creek Management'. This offered the ability to work directly with property owners outside of the Amazon Creek family.​

As of today, Amazon Creek Management markets and operates 5 properties in Chamonix and Corsica on behalf of 2 property owners providing 5 stars luxury holidays .​

Amazon Creek Management provides both sales and marketing for property owners at a fixed percentage of the gross holiday. ​

Amazon Creek Management offers property management and Client Stay resort costs for property owners at a fixed price.​

Amazon Creek Management is now seeking new high-end properties to enhance its portfolio in Europe, North and South America. We strive to offer consistency in experience for property owners and guests.​

Property Management​

High end property management services for luxury chalets, villas, and apartments in hand picked destinations. With a personalised annual contract tailored to your property's annual maintenance requirements. From basic requirements of weekly property checks, and annual deep cleans to property specific requirements such as but not limited to garden maintenance, swimming pool maintenance, window cleaning, and annual safety inspections.

Concierge Services​

For properties under our management, we can also offer simple guest concierge services to include:​

  • Arrival's property preparation and end of stay cleaning​

Property Management

Fixed agreed annual fee including but not limited to the following:

  • Pre and Post season deep clean – 4 deep chalet cleans per annum ​
  • Weekly Property Visit – Weekly check on security and condition of property​
  • Give access for all third-party maintenance requirements (electricians, plumbers etc.)​
  • Ventilation of premises during off season​
  • Annual call out hours to attend to potential issues, third party contractors (agreed number of hours per annum) ​
  • General maintenance items will be covered by your contract, including but not limited to, lightbulbs, superficial breakages, maintenance and replacement of damaged items up to an agreed yearly cost.​
  • Organizing annual inspections and maintenance requirements ​
  • Annual fire safety inspection​
  • Annual chimney sweep ​
  • Annual/bi-annual maintenance of chalet boiler system​
  • Basic administration support - Collecting, scanning and sending all post, assistance in filing insurance claims. Advance administration and accounting support is available on request. ​
  • Monthly report for required large maintenance projects and repairs . Pre-approval from property owner for Maintenance & Repairs over €500 not included in this contract and capital expenditure.

Facilities Management​

Fixed agreed annual fee including but not limited to the following:

ANNUAL GARDENING CONTRACT - Including spring tidy, autumn closedown, bi-weekly visits to maintain lawn, weeding, hedge trimming, strimming and weekly visits during July and August. (maintenance of machinery, fuel, tree trimming, planting and products will be invoiced separately)​

ANNUAL SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT -Including bi-weekly visit to flush filter, clean pool and maintain chemical levels. Annual pool opening and closure where required. (chemicals, repairs and cleaning during guests stays will be invoiced separately) ​

ANNUAL CHIMNEY CLEAN – Complete with compliance certification​

ANNUAL FIRE SAFETY INSPECTIONS - safety check of all fire escapes , fire extinguishers and blankets (excluding repairs or replacement requirements) ​

EXTERIOR WINDOW CLEANING

SNOW CLEARING – Maintain a high-level snow clearing around the property to make access safe during winter months ​

ANNUAL HOT TUB MAINTENANCE CONTRACT – Includes 4 deep cleans per annum (chemicals, repairs and cleaning during guests stays will be invoiced separately)

ANNUAL GYM EQUIPMENT SERVICING CONTRACT - Includes 2 visits per annum to service electronic gym equipment

Entity Management

Fixed agreed annual fee including but not limited to the following:

  • Administration and basic Accounting ​
  • Preparation of Income recognition invoices​
  • Tracking of outside of Amazon Creek contract invoices (utilities, Maintenance & Repairs, project, insurance )​
  • Follow up of yearly taxes (property tax, URSAFF, CFE) ​
  • Cash flow, Treasury and payment processing​
  • Liaising with accounting firm

Rebuild and Renovations Management

5% of the project costs

With Amazon Creek’s capex management, we will overlook your renovations and/or refurbishments for you from start to finish. Our capex management services include:​

  • Use of our extensive local knowledge to source quotations from multiple local suppliers, ensuring competitive rates are secured​
  • Assistance in liaising with local authorities to maintain and secure the relevant planning permissions ​
  • Liaising with all third-party contractors for access​
  • Weekly visit during the works to track progress and take pictures​
  • Weekly report on progress to quickly highlight any delays and source solutions to potential problems

Minimum charge of €1,000 for small projects that require some on site management.

Concierge Management

Perfect for the property owner that rents and markets their property through rental website like Airbnb or Booking.com but needs on ground support managing their property for guest arrivals. ​

Fixed weekly fee agreed dependent on the size of your property including but not limited to our basic concierge package:

If you are looking to offer a more comprehensive service to your guests we can also offer properties that meet our criteria the opportunity to become a part of the Amazon Creek portfolio. ​

Sales and Marketing

SALES AND MARKETING AGREEMENT

Amazon Creek always holds itself to exceptional standards. With a team of dedicated staff and a level of attention to detail that guarantees a memorable holiday experience for our clients from the moment they get in touch to when they return home. ​

Tailor-made holidays to meet the needs of our clients are our focus. For this reason, in order to be considered for a listing with Amazon Creek your property and the services you provide must meet a minimum set of standards. ​

In return for a fixed percentage of the agreed rental rate you will be provided with:​

  • Sales and Marketing contract (outlined on the following slides)
  • Property listing on Amazon Creek website and third-party agents
  • Pre arrival concierge for all booking made through Amazon Creek ​
  • 20% deposit payment on booking* and final payment (less agreed fees) prior to guest's arrival* (*on receipt of client payment) ​
  • Access to client database of 1,500+ unique clients who return to Amazon Creek Vacations and often visit more than one our properties and locations.

The minimum services you must provide to your guests are:​

  • Meet and Greet, Check out, and on-call assistance in resort​
  • Linen, Towels, Bathrobes, and Slippers​ (can be provided)
  • End of stay cleaning​
  • Bathroom products (Soap, Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion) ​
  • Daily spa checks (hot tub chemical levels must be checked at least once per stay when guests are in resort. ​
  • Daily pool cleaning (applies to both indoor and outdoor pools when guests are in resort)

These services can be provided by our property owners or for a fixed fee per week Amazon Creek can provide these services for your guests.

  • Office team who manage Amazon Creek’s direct website and agent enquiries, along with comprehensive client management ​
  • Access to client database of 1,500+ unique clients who return to Amazon Creek Vacations and often visit more than one our properties and locations.​
  • New property management system and live website booking engine for 2021, facilitating smooth customer booking and payment experience. ​
  • All communication, confirmations, and booking forms through property management system are available in both French and English. ​Additional languages can be added with ease!
  • More than 30 Third Party Specialised Agent collaborations to diversify audience and client base. Based in the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland and the United States. ​
  • Listings on holiday lettings sites include Trip Advisor, Airbnb Luxe, Stay One Degree, ONEE Luxury Travel, See the World, OVO Network​
  • Travel agent liability insurance
