Amendment IV Search and SEIZURE

Description of the amendment.

Amendment IV is the right of people, houses and papers could be seizured. But if the police didn't have a warrant at they come in with out your permission then you could press charges to who came in without your permission. Also if they have a warrant from the jury so now they could come in without your permission.

Once 2 of my family members were seized for the suspition of having marijuana, but my grandpa had a legal medical marijuana card to grow, but the police rejected that it was real so my family is pressing charges for no search warrant. Another thing the police didn't have the right to pull over someone/ my mother to have something suspicious about here and here car that she was driving.
