Keeping your social media engagement active keeps your event visible which builds awareness and captures sales. We offer regular promotion on the main platforms, Instagram, Facebook & Twitter. Why should I consider Event Optimisation Services?
Event Optimisation Services

Level Tickets online Event Optimisation Service, list your event across digital platforms with an average audience activity from anywhere between 45k to 2.5 million, giving you an average reachable audience target of 30 million.

What happens once I purchase this?

When you purchase our Online Event Optimisation Services, we use your listed event details to process the event listings on at least 50 targeted digital platforms (across websites and apps), so there's nothing else for you to do !

How long does it take ?

Once all details are approved, Level Tickets aims to have your event listed within 24 to 48hrs. We recommend purchasing this service, on events will at least 4 weeks promotion window for maximum visibility.

Do you send out event mail out or audience advertising?

Yes, all events listed in the Level Tickets store are included in ourEvent Mail outs to our event goers database #levelticketslive

Level Tickets also offer audience advertising in the form of Bespoke Event Releases to our event goers and media database.​

Do you offer advertising spaces?
Advertising Opportunties

Level Tickets offers 3 advertising options;

1. Featured Event Release - Bespoke Event Release details to our database, providing details of the event, updates and direct link to tickets. MailChimp template can be provide for circulation to your databases.

2. Event Header - First position event header on the Level Tickets Store homepage. This will be visual/graphic banner ad with URL hyperlink to your event(s).

3.Business Advertising - advertise your business or service by featuring in our latest events and newsletter updates. This will be visual/graphic banner ad with URL hyperlink to your business site.

Do you have self-service ticketing scanning for Event Organisers?
Ticket Scanning

Level Tickets uses Qflow, a leading UK event guest check in solutions company. Trusted by 1000's of global events and ticketing companies.

Do you offer this as a services?

If you know you are going to be way to busy managing the event, we do offer Check-in and Registration services that takes care of all your attendees and guests.

You can also print your attendees list for manual paper Check-in from your Event Organisers account under the ‘Orders’ tab.

What is the criteria VIP?​ ​
Verified Independent Promoter (VIP)

The starting criteria to become a VIP customer are;

1. You must be an established Promoters or Organisers with a documented event history.

2. You have engaged the services of Level Tickets for a minimum of three ticketed events.

3. Agreement to Promoters Terms & Conditions and provide valid photo ID.

Should you meet these criteria, our Event & Ticketing Strategist will automatically invite you to Level Tickets VIP scheme and Cash Flow Solution Services.

What are the benefits to VIP?

VIPs gain access to Level Tickets;

  • dedicated Ticketing Account Management services.
  • 10% discount on promotional service products, such as,
  • Event Optimisation Services,
  • Event & Ticketing Strategies Consultancy and
  • Audience Marketing Services.

VIPs may also be enrolled into Level Tickets Cash Flow Solution Services which provides ticket fund advances, where approved.
