Good News for Kenya Train pastors to Refresh the land
Kenya is centered on the equator and sits on the eastern coast of Africa. It is home to approximately 45 million people. Almost half self-identify as Protestant.
The agriculture sector employs 75% of the workforce. Though Kenya's economy is thriving in many respects, at least 17% of Kenyans continue to live on less than $1.25 a day.
By 2025 Africa will be the most Christian continent on earth. The growth of the church has been tremendous in Kenya, but there is much work to be done. The many new sheep being added to the fold are in desperate need of sustenance, protection, and soul care.
We are currently moving toward establishing an ongoing training mechanism in Kenya to help equip and send strong shepherds. We have begun to disciple pastors, planters, and missionaries by providing theological, missiological, and practical ministry training.
