White Water Rafting
The Buckeyes took on a new adventure at the annual retreat this year with a white water rafting trip in West Virginia! Players and staff enjoyed a fun weekend of rafting, swimming, hiking, creating bracelets and building fires while strengthening relationships as they prepare for the 2018 season. The retreat got the girls excited for the first day of practice as they begin the final season in St. John Arena.
Bucks Go Pro Final Presentations
Senior OH Audra Appold, Senior MB Jasmine Koonts and Junior OH Bia Franklin completed their Bucks Go Pro presentations marking the end of their summer internships. Appold presented marketing ideas for the Buckeye Club devoted specifically to former student-athletes while Koonts reported on the emergence of e-tickets in professional and collegiate sports. Franklin researched different ways to use technology to monitor biological systems in athletics. We are very proud of these student-athletes for all they do both on and off the court!
