Getting to Know Mrs. Browning

Mrs. Browning moved all over the United States and also lived in Saudi Arabia in elementary school. Her family purchased an orchard and moved to East Wenatchee when she was in 7th grade. She graduated from Eastmont High School and from Central Washington University with a degree in Elementary Education. She did her student teaching at Grant Elementary in East Wenatchee.

Mrs. Browning's first job was teaching 5th grade at Kenroy Elementary. She taught 4th grade, 5th grade, Library, and Intervention during her 24 years of teaching at Kenroy. During this time she earned a Master's Degree in English as a Second Language, became a National Board Certified Teacher, and earned an Administrative Certificate.

In 2013, Mrs. Browning joined Cascade Elementary as an administrator. At Cascade, you will find her visiting classrooms, at lunch with students, and working with staff and parents. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her husband, four children and two grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and outdoor activities.
