  • Learn effective techniques that overcome bias for each step of the Selecting Talent process

SECOND:

Behavioural Assessment Workshop

WHAT?

Becoming world class at Selecting Talent as one of Adobe's 5 Leadership Capabilities is crucial to setting your teams up for success and helping EMEA achieve its growth plans. Hiring mistakes aren't just costly, they can also impact otherwise performing teams.

Therefore, as behaviours are the best predictor of someone's future performance at Adobe, develop your skills and learn how to assess the right behaviours in your candidate interviews in this 4-hour highly practical workshop. You will focus on:

  • Why behavioural assessment matters,
  • How to create a measurable profile of great behaviour for the role,
  • The difference between Behaviours and Competencies and implications for your questioning technique,
  • How the Behavioural Assessment technique works, and
  • The range of Adobe Talent Selection tools available to help you prepare for and better structure behavioural assessment-based interviews.

90-minutes in-person practice, practice, practice of behavioural assessment interviewing techniques in small groups.

PRE-REQUISITE?

Completion of the 4 hours Behavioural Assessment Workshop.

WHEN?

Q1

  • Munich: 6th, 7th or 8th February 2pm-3.30pm CET
  • Maidenhead: 30th January 2pm - 3.30pm GMT
  • Bucharest, Basel, Dublin, Hamburg, Paris: as this interviewing practice session builds on your learnings from the Workshop, dates will be offered in later quarters of FY17 following the WS. Stay tuned.
