2. Enter your Account ID or university email address and click "Email Link"
3. A password reset link will be sent to your university email. Please allow up to 15 minutes to receive this email. If you do not see the email, check your spam or clutter folders. If you still have not received your email, please contact the Office of Student Athletic Tickets at email@example.com
4. Click "RESET YOUR PASSWORD" and it will take you to a page where you can set your new password. Your password should be a set of letters and numbers (NO SYMBOLS). Please set this to a password you will remember as you will need it each time you log in.
5. Once you have completed these steps, you will successfully set your password for the Student Account Manager. If you attempt to log in with the wrong password multiple times, you will be locked out so please keep record of your password.
