The Stamp Act By Nicole morris, block 2

In order to use paper, the colonists had to pay for a stamp(hence Stamp Act) and put it on the paper product.

The Stamp Act affected mostly lawyers and newspaper companies, for lawyers used a lot of paper to write down both sides an argument, and newspaper companies needed the paper to print their newspapers!

The Stamp Act is one of the Intolerable Acts, which was an act that drove the colonists crazy!
