We are honored that you chose us to celebrate your special occasion!
Our facility will supply your party with the following;
- Golden Chair(s) for the honoree(s),
- Round tables for the attendees
- Chiavari Chairs
- Use of Bar
- Trash Cans
- Parking Lot
- Warming Kitchen
Includes the facility for a full 6 hour rental, which you can use; 2 hours of setup, 3 hours of party time, and 1 hour for pickup. This promotion is for a group of 25-100 people.
Terms and Conditions
The facility will not permit affixing of anything to the walls, floors or ceilings with nails, staples, tape or any other substance. Any damaged incurred during the event will be the sole responsibility of the contract holder. The appropriate charges will be applied to the master account.
No confetti or glitter in facility.
No alcohol beverage(s) may be brought on premises.
In the event any of the following guidelines are broken, the facility has the right to close the event immediately, resulting in forfeit of group’s payment.
Excessive clean up will result in additional fees
Party is responsible for set-up and pick-up (chairs included)
An additional charge of $200 per hour will apply for groups extending over agreed times in banquet rental.
Billing- Payment in full of $600 must be received 2 business weeks prior to event. A deposit of $150 secures the facility for the event. (Cards will not be accepted for deposits. Check, Cash or Money order only)
Cancelations- Deposit is retained.
