If you aren’t measuring and monitoring then you cannot maximise your impact on a funder, neither can you make convincing plans for the future.

Who are your beneficiaries going to be (not pre Covid19)? What are the changes in take-up you are seeing?

The more specific you are in fundraising the more you maximise your chances. The more general you are the more you will fail. Being specific needs evidence. Are there more people coming to you now of a certain age or ethnicity? How does this compare with local demographics? How many people are going on to get jobs, feel healthier, get out of debt? What information is slipping through your fingers because you are not working as a team on measuring and monitoring?
