Michael Jackson king of Pop

Michael Jackson was most likely the best pop singer during the 20th century. Even though he lived a short life, he made a positive impact on music for the whole world.

Michael Joseph Jackson was born on August 29, 1958, in Gary Indiana. He was the 7th youngest child out of 9. Growing up, he was not the richest kid on the street but one of the most talented. He soon became the lead singer of a band called the Jackson 5, made up of him and 4 of his older brothers. Jacky, Tito, Jermaine, and Marlon. Growing up, Michael did not have a childhood. His entire life he was either rehearsing or traveling to sing. By 1964 when Michael was only 6 years old, he preformed publicly in talent contests. The Jackson 5 played hit songs in there time such as "My Girl" and of course with their talent, the Jackson 5 won many of them. Michael Jackson decided to go solo around 1970. His first few albums were not that good until he released his album, "Off the wall" which sold more than 20 million copies world wide! Because of that album, Jackson received a nomination for Best R and B Vocal Performance, Male. What he did not know was that later in his life he would receive more nominations and praise. Then, on December 1, 1982 Michael Jackson released his new album called "Thriller". It Sold more than 50 million copies world wide, making the album the biggest selling-record of all time, according to the Guinness Book Of World Records. Now that he was the most famous person in the world he decided to get married on May 28, 1994 then divorce 2 years later. Then get married again on November 14, 1996 then divorce again 2 years later. After all that he ended up as a alcoholic with 3 kids trying to make music for his fans. Of course that would not end well for anyone, especially the most famous person in the world. On June 25, 2009 Michael Jackson had died at the age of 50 because of a heart attack.

Michael Jackson's main accomplishments were winning 51 awards like creating a best seller album called "Thriller" and being the richest and most popular singer during his life time.

Michael Jackson's one clear goal was to make the greatest selling album in the world and he accomplished his dream thanks to his hit album "Thriller"

Michael Jackson's main influence was probably his dad, Joe Jackson. He trained the Jackson 5, he taught them, bought equipment for them to practice, and booked the talent contests and night clubs for them so that they could be noticed.

My opinion on Michael Jackson is that he is the weirdest, and most horrible song writer in the world. I like none of his song at all! You might be wondering why I am doing a book review on him, well I have your answer I wanted to learn more about him so that I have more evidence on why he is such a weirdo. I mean, who marries a person, divorces 2 years later then gets married again and divorces another 2 years later! (Trump) Stop it Jackson, Get some help! Well I know he didn't have a childhood and all but, dude make better music! If he wanted a better life he should have stopped making music after the "Thriller" album and devote his life to charity work with all the money he has. You don't have to take drugs to be happy O.K Michael! So my overall opinion on him is that he is a total jerk.

Despite his drug usage, Michael Jackson made music that had a positive effect on the whole world.
