My Life Myles j smith

My name is Myles Joseph Smith and I am the youngest child of Patrick and Julie Smith. I have an older sister, named Lauren who is finishing up her college career at Middle Tennessee State University. This picture was taken this year when we played Western Carolina at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Just a few of my hobbies include Lifting Weights, Spending Time with Friends and Family, and Serving Other People. I had the opportunity to go to Honduras twice on a mission trip.

My Team and I in the Chapel of Orphanage Emmanuel in Guimaca, Honduras.

These are just some pictures of me and a few of the kids in the Orphanage.

This was a great experience, and I loved every minute of it, and I cannot wait to go back again! I had such a great time doing something that I truly love to do.

Life is not always filled with such amazing experiences though, sometimes there are scary "bumps" along the road...

My Freshman year, on September 6th, I collapsed on the football practice field with a heat stroke. I had a seizure, and I was rushed immediately to the hospital. On the ride to the hospital, my heart actually stopped. When I was there I was injected with all sorts of things to try and get my core temperature down from 105 degrees. I spent 5 days in there, and I was released on my 18th Birthday, the day I was supposed to get my first college football start.
I know that God decided to bring me back for a reason, and I may not know why that is, but that is alright with me.

Matthew 6:34-"So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today."
