Angels falls is the tallest waterfall on earth. It is 3,212' tall. It is one of the main money-makers of Venezuela. it is located inside of a national park in Bolivar and the first attempt to climb it was made in 1968 by an American journalist. It has been ranked one of the most beautiful places to visit on earth by many magazines and newspapers.
Many scientists believe that Angel Falls, like many other waterfalls was formed by water rushing down steep hillsides quickly eroding the rock. The height and number of waterfalls along a stream or river depends upon the type of rocks that are being eroded by the water.
