Season ticket holders have the ability to manage their season tickets right from their phone. With South Carolina’s Return and Add Tickets features, you will always get the maximum value from your season tickets.

Want to access your account? Follow these simple steps:

• Download the Gamecocks Gameday App for iPhone or Android
• Go to the “Menu” tab and select “Add/Return Tickets” in the menu
• Login with the email address tied to your season ticket holder account

Return Tickets Feature

Can’t use your tickets? No problem! We love seeing you at every South Carolina home game, but understand you may have to miss a game or two. You can use the Return Tickets feature to get guaranteed value (experience bucks) for your unused tickets, which can then be used to purchase Seat Upgrades, VIP Experiences and additional tickets* at future games through the Gamecocks Gameday App.

The tickets you turn in will be used by other Gamecocks fans looking to upgrade their seats for that game only. Your season ticket seats will still be in place for you to use at every other home game.

Please note that Return Tickets can only be used:

• Three (3) times during football season
• Twelve (12) times during basketball season
• Twelve (12) times during baseball season

Any experience bucks received must be used in the Gamecocks Gameday App and will expire at the end of the 2018-19 athletic season.

*In addition to purchasing seat upgrades and VIP experiences, experience bucks earned through the return tickets feature can only be used to "add Tickets" on the Gameday App. Experience bucks cannot be applied to future season or single-game ticket purchases or membership dues through your Gamecock Club Account. Experience bucks must be redeemed by the end of the 2018-2019 regular season athletics calendar.

You may still use the Ticketmaster Exchange to sell your tickets. Ticketmaster Exchange is the only way to get a credit of actual dollars applicable to your account.

Add Tickets Feature

Have friends or family who want to go to the game with you? Use the Add Tickets feature to purchase additional seats for a game! You can choose to exchange your current seats for seats together in a new location, or simply buy additional seats. It’s up to you!
