Jahad Thomas capped the Owls' opening drive with a 15-yard scamper
Phillip Walker found Ventell Bryant for a 22-yard score with 3:01 left in the first
Keith Kirkwood reeled in a 56-yard TD pass from Walker early in the second quarter

Temple took a 24-3 lead into halftime

the third quarter went to the midshipmen

Backup quarterback Zach Abey cut into the deficit with a 1-yard TD run
The Navy defense limited the Owls to only a field goal after a 24-point first half
The Midshipmen rallied behind the strong third-quarter play by their team

owls seal the deal

Ryquell Armstead locked in the win with a 30-yard TD run late in the 4th
The Owls held Navy to 168 rushing yards - well below their average of 342 yards
Temple fans cheered on their team all the way to the final whistle
