Nowadays, most of students are stressed out with their studies and their face look very tired.
When students are stressed out, they can't concentrate on the test, so they screw it up.
Stressed out students are much more aggressive and sensitive than other people.
Stress makes people unhappy and depressed. It makes you give up easily.

Bad results when you don't sleep and the vicious cycle of getting stress:

As a result, students should sleep to prevent getting stressed.
