Daniel Fast-friendly Recipes

Week 1 (Feb 5- 11 ) :

  • Eliminate all sweeteners and sweets including but not limited to sugar, raw sugar, honey, syrups, molasses, and cane juice, candies, cakes, cookies, pies, etc
  • Eliminate beverages including but not limited to coffee, tea, carbonated beverages, energy drinks, and alcohol

Week 2 (Feb 12-18):

  • Additionally eliminate all meat and animal products including but not limited to beef, lamb, pork, poultry, and fish.
  • All deep fried foods including but not limited to potato chips, french fries, corn chips, etc.

Week 3 (Feb 19-25):

  • Additionally eliminate all leavened bread including Ezekiel Bread (it contains yeast and honey) and baked goods.
  • All refined and processed food products including but not limited to artificial flavorings, food additives, chemicals, white rice, white flour, and foods that contain artificial preservatives.

Week 4 (Feb 26-Mar 4):

  • Additionally eliminate all dairy products including but not limited to milk, cheese, cream, butter, and eggs.
  • All solid fats including shortening, margarine, lard and foods high in fat.
