Candidate Statement

I feel it is very important to stay involved with the associations and provide a voice for the members. There is a lot of work that is done in our industry and oftentimes members aren't aware of things, so I strive to be the resource in hopes of broadening members awareness. The two most important things that I advocate is educating agents and instilling a high level of professionalism in our industry. The later becomes challenging because it’s hard to define, but I'm always looking to improve that perception.

PJ Johnson

208 Real Estate

Professional Bio

As a Realtor, PJ is able to utilize the high end customer service skills that are necessary in construction and adapt them into working with real estate clients giving them wonderful experiences even in the most difficult transactions. Always wanting to grow and further his education, not to mention finding holes in the training experiences in the current real estate industry, PJ decided to expand and obtain his Real Estate Broker’s License. Within months this 5 year old 208 Real Estate Team turned into the 208 Brokerage open and available to clients and fellow Realtors that share the same business ethics towards a high level customer service, extensive attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships. He knew this could not only be managed in house but also trained to other agents in the industry through leading by example. Although always looking to grow PJ never allows anything to alter the foundation of his belief in business that everyone and every transaction deserves high level service. Which means going above and beyond should be the normal not the exceptional.

Real Estate and my company are a huge part of my life and so is being born and raised in Boise/Meridian area. I enjoy everything that this wonderful state has to offer. From camping trips with the family, fishing excursions with friends, archery hunting in the fall, to a relaxing dinners at some of the best restaurants the Treasure Valley has to offer. I love riding four wheelers to Silver City, Prairie, and many other local destinations. I take my family on staycations at different hotels for short getaways. Not much beats sitting around with family, friends, and neighbors enjoying the changing season that allows for changing entertainment.

Candidate Statement

I am interested in running for the position as BRR Director as I feel a great passion for the real estate industry and believe it is important to protect the sanctity of it. I feel our profession is at a pivotal point and I would like to be a part of the process and learn more as to educate others as to what the R really stands for.
