Many people think about street art being a good way of giving the city some color and diversity. But other people think it's vandalism and it makes the environment look unsafe and ugly. This topic is very controversial because some people want to make graffiti a normal and acceptable way of art, but others want to abolish and eliminate it.
I think that Street Art is a way in which people are able to express themselves. It can increase people's imagination and make people feel like they're being heard, which is sometimes good. I honestly don't think Street Art is a bad thing.
I think it should be considered vandalism when it is made without a person's consent in their private property or when it is made in public properties like chapels, monuments, and touristic places. In addition, I think it should also be considered vandalism when it transmits an unappropiate message.
It shouldn't be considered vandalism when it is made on the streets or in private properties, but only if the owner allows it.
