Why is physical Education importanpt?

Physical activity is a preventive resource against diseases and other health risks.

Most physical activities students participate in are of a team sport. A main focus of these sports are working on basic teamwork and sportsmanship skills.

Physical activity improve and help develop basic motor skills. Development of motor skills is critical especially in young children.

On average you want to participate in a physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day.
