HU HU KAM MEMORIAL HOSPITAL Grand Re-Opening

On March 26, 2018, GRHC celebrated the Grand Re-Opening of the Arrival Experience at Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital.

  • The new circular drive has created a safe traffic flow for patients and visitors.
  • Customer Service and Transportation staff are now located in the main lobby.
  • The temporary lobby is also now closed.

Public Health Nursing: Pharmacy Delivery

If patients have multiple prescriptions to be filled during a visit, please be advised it will take additional time for us to prepare them.

To support our homebound and elderly Community members, we offer prescription refill delivery from our Public Health Nursing Department Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS AFTER THE REQUEST FOR DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME.

Recently, Linda Nish shared her appreciation and positive experience with the Life Center. She stated,

“I think it would be good for everybody to come to the Life Center to learn about all your eating habits. It really helped me out.”

Linda also mentioned the Keeping Track Booklet has helped her keep track of the fat grams, protein, and calories she eats.

New Medicare Cards

  • Medicare will mail new cards between April 2018 – April 2019.
  • New cards will not include Social Security numbers. Instead, each person will get a new, unique, Medicare number.
  • Medicare will never call and ask for personal information before sending new cards, so don’t share your Medicare number or other personal information if someone calls and asks for it.
  • Once you have received your new Medicare card, please bring it to the Patient Registration Department or Benefits Coordination on your next visit.
