Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowlings is of a boy, named Harry, who finds out he is a wizard, and fights another wizard who killed his parents, Voldemort. Harry Potter was banned by Boston, MA in 2007, Jacksonville, FL in 2000, and Saginaw, MI in 1999. This book and the series itself was banned because it "glorified witchcraft" and had to do with the occult.
