We will begin in-person Sunday morning worship at 10:00AM. You will need to register online each week to commit to attending in person (scroll down for registration link), and we will continue to livestream all worship services.

We strongly encourage the at-risk population to participate in the livestream service and to not attend in person for the time being. The at-risk population are those who are:

  • Age 65+, especially those with chronic lung disease.
  • Moderate to Severe Asthma
  • Chronic Heart Disease
  • Severe Obesity
  • Diabetes
  • Chronic Kidney Disease undergoing dialysis.
  • Liver Disease
  • Weakened Immune System

By attending the in person worship, you are representing to all other attendees that you and every person in your household 1.) does not have known close contact with a person who is confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19 in the last 14 days and 2.) does not have any of the following new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19:

  1. Cough
  2. Shortness of Breath
  3. Difficulty Breathing
  4. Chills
  5. Repeated Shaking with Chills
  6. Muscle Pain
  7. Headache
  8. Sore Throat
  9. Loss of Taste or Smell
  10. Diarrhea
  11. Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit.

All attendees 10+ years old will wear a face mask. If you do not have a face mask, please let us know and Redeemer will provide one for you. No one will be allowed entrance without a face mask. We will wear the masks for the duration of the service, excluding taking communion and for those leading worship only while at the front of the room.

Please maintain at least 6 feet of separation from individuals that are not in your household.

Please greet each other with bows and waves rather than handshakes or other physical contact.

We will not have nursery available at this time. We know this is an inconvenience, but we are unable to protect against widespread exposure without this precaution. We whole-heartedly encourage children to be present in worship.

Both parking lots at the Holiday Inn will be open. Feel free to park in either lot, but note the automatic door in the front lobby is where you should enter the building for the least amount of contact.

The only entrance to our hallway and worship space that will be available is the hallway leading from the lobby of the hotel.

All other entrances to our hallway and worship space will remain closed. We will not be making use of the glass side doors for the time being, please do not enter or exit through them.

Hand sanitizer will be available at the end of the hallway leading from the lobby of the hotel. Please have all household members sanitize their hands prior to sitting down.

All members of your household will need to sit together. We will have distanced spacing if households are sitting on the same row.

Facemasks will be worn during the service except when taking communion. We will give you instructions during the service about when to remove your mask and when to put it back on.

We will not be distributing worship bulletins or passing the offering plate and communion elements. Communion will be served at your row by an usher for those wishing to participate. Trash cans will be available to dispose of the empty containers as you exit.

You will exit the same way you entered. We encourage you to practice safe distancing outside.

We appreciate your co-operation and support as we move forward! If you would like to download a copy of these instructions to share or print, use the link below. Also, if you're ready to register for worship this coming Sunday, please click below.

Dr. Mike and some of our Redeemer and Westminster kids did a video! Enjoy and please share with your children (especially those aged 3-8); we want to help you start conversations about all the new rules we will be following on Sunday mornings.
