DEPOSITS, CONTRACTS AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Esprit de Coeur requires a signed agreement and a deposit to finalize and secure the space selected for all events. All deposits are REFUNDABLE but will be applied towards any overages or damages that may occur. Once the agreement and deposit are received, the event will be confirmed.
The deposit amount due at signing is $500.00. The rental free is due 90 days out from the wedding date. The Wedding rental fee is $1800.00. This includes:
- Tables, ivory linens, chairs & seat cushions
- Two (2) hours for engagement or bridal pictures
- Three (3) hours for dress time & pictures before the wedding
- Four (4) hours for wedding reception
- A night in the Honeymoon Suite
- One and a half hours (1.5) for the rehearsal
- A Day Maker to assist with the details during the event.
Esprit de Coeur, main building (first floor) is approved for up to 120 people seated throughout. If a dance floor is incorporated into the floor plan than 100 people is the maximum capacity.
PARKING: Esprit de Coeur has a parking lot adjacent to our commercial kitchen steps away from the venue. There is also surrounding parking spots and parking is free during nights and weekends.
Esprit de Coeur offers accommodations located on the second floor of the venue located at 402 Garfield Street, Lafayette, LA, 70508. The accommodations can be used in conjunction with events at the venue, separately as a romantic getaway or for a business stay. The bridal and honeymoon suite (also known as the Carrie Suite) is included free of charge with the weddings package. The other rooms offered can be added in at the corresponding nightly rate. Please contact the Wedding coordinator about the accommodations and preparations for your stay.
