More Learning More Learning

In my journey to learn graphic design, I often found that the field was not so much about creation as organizing skills into a finished product. It was imperative to learn to design a layout that appealed and kept the reader reading. Choosing photos and graphics to weave into layout creates the connection that keeps focus moving forward. I learned that I could truly enjoy combining photos into the best possible version of a photo that tells the story. It is not about WOWing the audience so much as putting the story across in a way that the audience feels, appreciates and moves into the message. In that way, one has to put away ego to concentrate on the whole picture, the whole story and the whole purpose.
