WARRIORS SURGE AHEAD AT TRINE
:Tech used the Trine meet to load up in the sprints and try some athletes in new events. Noah Rogers (pictured) jumped 7.06 in the long jump to earn a trip to nationals. Springer earns second WHAC Athlete of the Week.
TECH COMPETES BIG AGAINST D-2'S/NAIA
>12 National standards hit in varsity-only competition against mostly D-2 schools. Pictured is April Wilson, who ran 1:35.91 in the 600m which landed in the top 10 nationally.
IT/TF RUNS WILD AT WIDETRACK CLASSIC
#17 national standards hit in pre-conference tune-up. Deshawn Woods (pictured) runs 8.23 in 60h which stands as a top 10 time in the country. KeJavon Moore adds a second WHAC Athlete of the Week award.
WOLVERINE-HOOSIER ATHLETIC CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Warrior women win 7th straight conference title, men win 5th straight to continue their dominance over the conference. On the women's side, Head Coach Doug Edgar was name Coach of the Year, Sherita Lowman (pictured) was named Newcomer of the Year, and Candella Guijarro won a share Most Valuable Performance honors. For the men, Edgar repeated as Coach of the Year, Justin Mckenzie provided the co-most valuable performance, and Trevor Stanley won the MVP, leading the charge as the men set a record for points at the conference meet (237).
