Moses White, representing the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) constructed a mini Fairview Terminal out of styrofoam, winning them first place for Best Overall Float.

Best Theme

City West came first place for best theme as they floated in on a boat full of pirates. (Photos Shannon Lough)
