Anzac Day Australian New Zealand Army Corps

Anzac day is the Memorial day for World War 1, when all the soldiers sailed into Gallipoli.

Britain, France, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Italy and the United States fought in the war on our side. These countries fought against Germany, Austria-Hungary, Ottoman Empire Bulgaria and more.

The First World War went from 1914 until 1918.

Anzac day is important to us because Aussies and Kiwis fought in Gallipoli for us! Without them doing that, we may not be alive today!
