The book is about two children named George and Harold who invented a magazine of captain underpants and hypnotized the principal so that he thought he was captain underpants.
The problem was that captain underpants always got into problems of bad people because he tried to solve the problems of the city because he thought he was a hero and George and Harold always saved him.
