Have you ever broken a bone from playing sports well I have and it doesn't feel good. Did you know that there are about 3.8 million people die every year because of sports injuries. Well that's why you need to listen to this this is gonna give you ways to prevent these things.
Sports injuries are injuries that occur in athletic activities or exercising. An injury that occurs suddenly, such as a sprained ankle caused by an awkward landing, is known as a sports injury. The leading cause of death involving sports-related injuries, although rare, is brain injuries. When injured the two main systems affected are the nervous and vascular systems. The origins in the body where numbness and tingling occurs upon sports injuries are usually the first signs of the body telling you your body is hurt.
A concussion is a brain injury caused by a blow to he head or a violent shaking of the head and body. This type of injury is very common in sports. More then three million cases for the concussion are set out every year. Concussions can be either major or minor, major being the worst. Concussions are one of the worst injuries that can happen in sports.
The best way to prevent concussions is to use a helmet when playing a rough sports. The symptoms to knowing when you may have a concussion are headaches, blackout, fatigue, dizziness, mental confusion, not sleeping right, and plenty more. If these things happen to you then you should see a doctor right away for that injury because it could be very bad (major concussion).

These images, stretching, drinking a lot of water(staying hydrated), and eating well balanced meals, these things are ways that you can prevent sports injuries everyday.
