This is a map showing you where the bomb was dropped in Japan and for this topic it was Hiroshima Japans main industrial facility. The two countries involved in this battle were Japan or the Japanese and America. This battle was a sea and land battle because it started in the air then the city below was bombed.

In the Hiroshima bombing around 90,000-146,000 Japanese men, woman and children died. The bomb was nicknamed the "Little Boy". The bomb was dropped August 6, 1945 on the city of Hiroshima. The bomb was carried by Enola Gay in a Boeing B-29 bomber built by the US.

This is the "Little Boy" nuclear bomb. It weighed 9,700 pounds and had a blast radius of 1 mile and inside that circle every building and person is incinerated.
The aftermath of the bomb that was dropped. All the buildings were destroyed and the people were killed by the shock wave.
This is the Hiroshima memorial it is placed right above ground zero where the bomb hit and people go to pray for the ones who died. This is a sacred place for the Japanese it shows they that they can rise up and rebuild after everything was taken from them.
After the bombing or Hiroshima and Nagasaki the Japanese surrendered and they decided to end the war.
