3D Weaving woven bag- K. DeKay

3D Woven Bag, created with variegated yarn using a large yarn needle a homemade foam board loom.

The homemade loom was created using a large 30" x 20" sheet of foam board trimmed down to 30" x 10" and notched using a Dremel tool with a 1.5 inch cutting disc attachment.

The loom was strung with standard size mauve colored yarn.

Using a large yarn needle and variegated yarn, a weaving was made utilizing both sides of the loom by continuing the weave around both sides to create a bag form.

The finished bag ended up being approximately 15" x 9" with flap closed.
