WHAT IS FOODPROWEST?

FoodProWest is BC’s premier industry event bringing together dozens of Canadian buyers, Industry leaders, local chefs, product service providers, and local food, beverage, and natural health product manufacturers. We’d like to invite you to exhibit with a tradeshow booth at FoodProWest to meet food processors and product developers looking for your innovative products.

In order to exhibit at the PARQ Hotel, you MUST complete this Waiver and Indemnification. Companies that fail to complete this form CANNOT exhibit at FoodProWest.

To access LEVY’s online ordering system visit levyshow.com and click on “Online Ordering”.

  1. You will be prompted to either register as a new exhibitor or sign in as a returning exhibitor
  2. After signing in you will need a show code. Please enter: ‘FOODPRO19’ and your booth number. If you do not know your booth number please enter “0” (zero))
  3. Online ordering is available until May 29, 2019.

SET UP AND TAKE DOWN INFORMATION

Move in time: Sunday June 2nd, 6pm -11pm

Move out time: Monday, June 3rd, 6pm - 9pm

To confirm your needs for your move-in on June 2nd, please fill out the last page of the Shipping and Receiving form. Please use the below information:

The hotel does not have a forklift, dollies, or other items to move equipment. Please bring these items with you if needed.

Drive up to the gate/cones and stop. To access your loading bay, please call the Security Operations Centre at 778 370 8849 or the Manager at 778 668 4953.

Please ensure that your vehicle is not parked idly at the bay. After your load-in has been delivered to the event floor, you may park at the hotel or opt street parking. Please note that parking is at your expense. After parking, please contact Jessica when you are ready to bring your items to the Conference Level (4th floor, our event floor).

FAQS

HOW BIG IS MY BOOTH?

Your FoodProWest 8’ x 10’ booth space includes:

  • 8’ high drapery backwall – black
  • 3’ high drapery sidewall – black
  • 1 – 6’ x 2’ skirted table – white
  • 2 chairs (provided by facility)

Each table top space includes:

  • 1 – 6’ x 2’ skirted table – white
  • 2 chairs (provided by facility)

IS THERE POWER AVAILABLE FOR MY BOOTH? DO I HAVE ACCESS TO WIFI?

Power is available and can be ordered via the Exhibitor Information Package. You can order power on Page 41 of 45 where it says, “special instructions”. Enter your requirements and then email your completed package to Levy (contact info is indicated on the form).

CAN I DISPLAY ITEMS OUTSIDE MY BOOTH AREA?

Please confirm your items with Jessica Brett, FoodPro West Logistics Coordinator, at events@bcfpa.ca. If your items don’t interfere with the booth next to you or obstruct the isle then, this is ok.

WHERE AND WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY EXHIBITOR NAME BADGE FOR ENTRY?

Please have ONE person from your booth on the day of setup Sunday June 2nd, come to the Registration desk in the foyer to pick up your exhibitor kit, this kit will include ALL badges for your booth. Any unclaimed badges or additional tickets can be picked up at the registration desk on Monday morning. Registration opens at 8:00 AM on June 3rd in the foyer.

IS THERE HELP AVAILABLE FOR SET UP AND TAKE DOWN?

Yes, volunteers will be available to assist with set-up and tear down

ARE THERE ANY DEADLINES I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?

  • The last day to use your LEVY discount is on May 17th
  • Waiver and Indemnification Agreement must be completed by May 21st

*Please be advised that no butane or propane are permitted. If you need to heat up your food please bring a toaster oven or hot plate with you as these will not be provided by BCFPA.
