Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union Opens Student-Run Branch at R.B. Stall High RIBBON CUTTING HELD ON AUGUST 30, 2017

R.B. Stall High School students and staff, as well as representatives from Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union (HTFCU), celebrated the grand opening of the new student-run HTFCU branch with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The event featured members of the credit union’s executive team, the HTFCU Board of Directors, along with local dignitaries and Charleston County School District Board of Trustees members.

The school’s Banking Services program involves 16 students and a teacher; they participated in training at the Rivers Avenue branch of Heritage Trust during the summer.

Stall Principal Jeremy Carrick

The student-run branch is open during R.B. Stall’s lunch hour; members will be able to make deposits, withdraw funds, make loan payments, and open memberships.
