Avoiding Obesity through Physical Activity By Graziana mangione

Physical Education programs promote physical activity in a child's life at school through the instruction of a teacher and sports, like basketball.

Children will be active in their Physical Education programs at school through different sports such as basketball, running, and soccer.

Physical Activity does not have to be exhausting and painful. Children can enjoy physical activity in their P.E. classes at school through activities like dancing and jumping around!

Children need a minimum of thirty minutes of physical activity everyday. Schools need Physical Education programs to meet this daily requirement.
