We have commenced taking applications for enrolment for the following programs;

• Kindergarten 2021 Children born between 01/07/2016 to 30/06/2017
• Pre-primary 2021 Children born between 01/07/2015 to 30/06/2016

In light of COVD-19 restrictions, our Prospective Parent Tours have been postponed and applications for both programs are to be submitted by appointment only. Please CLICK HERE to make an appointment with our School Officer, Mrs Cook.

You are required to bring with you (for photocopying) your child’s

• Birth Certificate (original or certified copy, an extract or equivalent identity documents)
• Australian Immunisation Register - AIR, which is available from Medicare
• Copies of Family Court Orders - if applicable
• Three documents to support usual place of residence

1. Proof of ownership of property (purchase agreement/settlement papers/current rates notice) or lease agreement - three months into the 2021 school year
2. Two current utility accounts (Synergy and Gas Supplier)

• If both parents/guardians are born overseas, please provide child’s passport details or citizenship certificate
• If your child was not born in Australia, you must provide evidence of

1. Date of entry into Australia
2. Passport or travel documents
3. Current visa subclass and previous visa subclass numbers (if applicable)
4. Current visa subclass grant number and expiry date

Please note: Students already attending Kindergarten at North Perth Primary School this year, are required to apply for 2021 and re-submit a current council rates notice if your property is owned or an updated lease agreement. Also, please provide two current utilities accounts as proof of residential address and if your child has received their 4 year old immunisations, the updated AIR which is available from Medicare, for photocopying.
