Dorothea Lange Project by: Justin Nagel

Dorothea Lange was born May 26, 1895 and died October 11, 1965.
Dorothea Lang was and has been called America's greatest documentary photographer.
Dorothea Lange was hired by the Office of War Information.
Lange had to use natural lighting since her photographs were taken during the great depression and they didn't have any electricity.
I like how Dorothea photographer emotion in her photos, but I don't like how in most of her pictures people are suffering, even though that was how times were.
Dorothea photographed lots of people. She used the rule of thirds well.
