Electricity at The Schott buckeyes shatter attendance record

The largest crowd in Ohio State wrestling history packed the Schottenstein Center on Feb. 3 at the Buckeyes tangled with second-ranked Penn State. With an announced attendance of 15,338, the Buckeyes more than doubled the previous single-match record.

World Champs Honored

Prior the 141 lb. match, World Champions Logan Stieber and Kyle Snyder were honored, bringing the crowd to its feet.

Tomasello wins EASILY

Nathan Tomasello improved to 12-0 on the year with a 22-7 technical fall at 133 lbs. that evened the team score at 5-5.

Tomasello has now won 55 of his last 56 matches dating back to the 2014-15 season.

Moore gets a top-1o win

At 197 lbs., Kollin Moore scored a key third-period takedown to top No. 9 Matt McCutcheon.

the champ is victorious

Kyle Snyder was his usual self on Friday, manhandling third-ranked Nick Nevills in a 19-9 major decision. He now won all seven of his matches this year by bonus points.

The crowd of 15,338 is the fourth highest single-match crowd to see a college dual in NCAA history!
