DEAGEN POINT Mrs. Stroud's Utopia

DEAGEN POINT is a utopia in a secluded location along the Gulf Coast of Texas. In order to get to DEAGEN POINT, you must travel by boat. The maximum population of DEAGEN POINT is roughly 40-50 citizens. However, only family and friends of current citizens may visit upon invitation only.

Boats must be able to drive in water that is 1-2 feet shallow.

Citizens of DEAGEN POINT must know how to drive a boat, fish, and do whatever is necessary to provide for the community.

DEAGEN POINT is roughly a one hour boat ride down the coast of Texas.

LOCATION

DEAGEN POINT is an ecological utopia. The purpose of this community is to preserve and appreciate the Gulf Coast.

TYPES OF HOUSING AVAILABLE

ECONOMICS: Deagen Point is a cooperative utopia. Everyone will help provide for the good of the community. Currency is not necessary. Citizens can trade goods when the need arises.

Gas and Electric energy is provided by a generator system. Gasoline is necessary to power this system.

GOVERNMENT:

The Texas General Land Office oversees the operation of this Utopia. However, most judicial decisions and law enforcement is taken care of by the Council. The Council consists of the three original owners of the property.

There is a water preservation system set up for the community members. A water well is also available, but only used in extreme circumstances.
