Cau adeilad Undeb Bangor
Oherwydd datblygiadau diweddar Coronafirus (Covid-19) rydym wedi gwneud y penderfyniad i gau adeilad yr Undeb Myfyrwyr hyd nes y clywir yn wahanol. Bydd hyn yn dod i rym o 5pm ddydd Iau yma y 19eg o Fawrth.
Bydd sesiynau arferol clybiau, cymdeithasau a phrosiectau gwirfoddoli yn dod i ben ar unwaith o ganlyniad i gau ein hadeiladau ac adeiladau eraill y Brifysgol.
Byddwn yn gwneud trefniadau amgen i barhau i ddarparu ein gwasanaethau, gyda'n staff a'n swyddogion Sabothol yn gweithio o adref.
Undeb Bangor Closure of Premises
Due to recent Coronavirus (Covid-19) developments, we have made the decision to close our Students’ Union premises, for the time being. This will take effect from 5pm on Thursday the 19th of March.
Usual club, societies and volunteering sessions will be ended immediately as a result of the closure of our premises and other University premises.
We will be making alternative arrangements to continue to deliver our services, with our staff and Sabbatical officers working from home.
Rydym dal yma i’ch cefnogi chi!
Yn ystod y cyfnod yma byddwn yn parhau i gynrychioli buddiannau myfyrwyr a lliniaru'r effaith ar brofiad y myfyriwr.
Byddwn yn dal i allu darparu ein gwasanaeth cyngor academaidd a'n cefnogaeth gynrychiolaeth yn llawn gan gynnwys cynrychiolwyr cwrs, os oes gennych unrhyw gwestiynau, pryderon neu adborth yr hoffech eu codi ynghylch materion academaidd neu gynrychiolaeth, cysylltwch â ni ar studentvoice@undebbangor.com
Byddwn yn cynnal cysylltiadau cyfathrebu ar-lein o bell gyda ein haelodau a’n grwpiau myfyrwyr. Os oes gennych unrhyw gwestiynau neu bryderon am ein gweithgareddau cyfleoedd, cysylltwch â’r cydlynydd perthnasol neu Opportunities@undebbangor.com
Bydd Swyddogion Sabothol yn dal i fod ar gael i gysylltu â nhw trwy e-bost a chyfryngau cymdeithasol. Rydym yn deall ei fod yn amser anodd i bawb ond cofiwch y bydd Undeb Bangor yn parhau i fod ar gael i'ch cefnogi!
We’re still here to support you!
During this time we will continue to represent the interests of students and mitigate the impact on the student experience.
We will still be able to provide our academic advice service, and our full representation support, including course reps. If you have any questions, concerns or feedback you’d like to raise around academic or representation issues, please contact studentvoice@undebbangor.com.
We will maintain online communication links remotely with our student members and groups. If you have any questions or concerns about our opportunities activities, please contact the relevant coordinator or Opportunities@undebbangor.com.
Sabbatical Officers will still be available to contact via e-mail and their social media. We understand it is a difficult time for everyone, but please remember that Undeb Bangor will remain available to support you!
Addysgu ar-lein
Byddwch wedi gweld y bydd addysgu i gyd yn cael ei symud ar-lein o ddydd Llun nesa, 23ain o Fawrth. Mae Undeb Bangor yn gweithio gyda'r Brifysgol i sicrhau y bydd hyn yn gweithio mor effeithiol â phosib, a bod eich cwestiynau yn cael eu hateb.
Mae'r Brifysgol wedi nodi y bydd recordiadau Blackboard a Panopto o leiaf ar gael ar gyfer pob modiwl. Ychwanegir deunyddiau ychwanegol yn dibynnu ar y maes pwnc.
Hefyd, mae'n debyg eich bod wedi sylwi na fydd y cyfnod arholi yn digwydd ym mis Mai. Yn lle hynny, bydd asesiadau amgen yn cael eu rhoi ar waith, a dylai mwy o wybodaeth am rhain fod ar gael erbyn 23ain o Fawrth.
Mi fyddwch dal i allu gael mynediad at adnoddau academaidd allweddol, gan gynnwys y llyfrgell a'r labordai. Rydym wedi pwysleisio pwysigrwydd hyn i'r Brifysgol.
Cadwch lygad ar eich e-byst am ragor o wybodaeth dros yr wythnosau nesaf.
Online teaching
You will have seen that teaching will all be moved online from next Monday, 23rd March. Undeb Bangor is working with the University to ensure that this will work as effectively as possible, and that your questions are all being answered.
The University has stated that, as a minimum, Blackboard and Panopto recordings will be available for each module. Additional materials will be added depending on the subject area.
Also, you’ve probably noticed that the examination period will not take place in May. Alternative assessments will instead be put in place, and more information about these should be available by 23rd March.
You are still able to access key academic resources, including the library and laboratories. We have stressed the importance of this to the University.
Please keep an eye on your emails for further information over the coming weeks.
