This week, we challenge you to Set Yourself Up for Success.
Print the Week One Wellness Tracker and complete each day's task. Use the left side to keep track of your daily wellness habits.
Check off each day's task and voila, you're one week closer to a healthier you!
Report Your Progress
Report this week's weight online by Thursday, Feb 2. Remember to use the same scale from week to week for an accurate measure of your progress.
Meet your Team Captain and give them $1 to complete your registration. Do this by Feb 3, and (surprise!) you get a Jeans Day!
Find an accountability partner. This should be someone you can check in with regularly for support and encouragement as you both work toward your wellness goals.

Set a realistic goal and find a tracker. Use an app like MyFitnessPal or LoseIt to figure out a healthy weight loss goal based on your activity level, and begin logging your diet and exercise.
