Breakfast

Butter milk pancakes:

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar
  3. Add dry ingredients: 1 cup of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and baking soda
  4. Mix in 1 cup of butter milk until smooth
  5. Pour on a hot pan and flip when edges are dry, leave for 1-2 minutes
  6. Spread your favourite topping on it and ENJOY!

Lunch

Moussaka

  1. Cook sliced egg plant on a pan on both sides
  2. When cooked placed on the bottom of a pirex
  3. Evenly spread cooked minced meat with tomato paste in pyrex over the egg plant
  4. Next layer will be a a white sauce made with 2 cups of milk, 2 tablespoons of flour and half a cup of milk. Pour this mix over the minced meat layer
  5. Then, place a layer of cheese over the white sauce
  6. Repeat these steps one more time so you have 6 layers
  7. Place in the oven for 30 minutes
