This was the chocolate torte lab that we did for applied culinary math. We had to take the recipe and convert it into terms of measurement that made more sense to follow.
This was the Pavlova lab which was the pre-preparations techniques lab. For this particular lab we had to whip egg whites to get stiff peaks so this would work out like this.
this was the banana bread lab we used to compare salt/sugar/fat. Each group had to make a different recipe of banana bread three of them having to adapt the recipe to be low sodium or low sugar. Then we compared all of them and decided which one was best.
