Blackberry Thyme Jam With Wolf Steam Convection Oven

A step by step for Blackberry thyme jam, in your Wolf Steam Convection Oven!

Add frozen or fresh blackberries to a large saucepan. Sprinkle with some salt, a little water, and a 1/2 cup of turbinado sugar. *adjust to taste*

Place jars and lids in your Wolf Steam oven on rack level 2

Push "more" the scroll over to "sanitize" > "prepare jars"

Add lemon zest and juice of one lemon (to taste)

Tie a bundle of thyme together and throw into berries to infuse.

Set to Medium Heat

While berries are cooking, Remove Sanitized jars and lids from the oven, once cycle is finished

Continue cooking the berries, stirring often. Add some honey for sweetness, or chopped thyme for additional flavor if needed.

Once jam has reached desired consistency and taste, carefully fill prepared jars.

With the lids on tightly, place your jars on the second rack.

Select "more" > "Sanitize" > "Preserve Jam"

Once the cycle has ended, your jars are sealed!
