Cancer and cardiovascular disease are the highest leading deaths in the United States. People deserve to live longer.
The food industry has been filled with processed food and unsafe products for too long. It's time to change the food pyramid of the American people from candy to fruits.
Fitness and nutrition are important aspects of my life that boost my self-esteem and my life mentally, emotionally, and physically. Fitness and nutrition should be continued for years.
Education should be established for all ages in all nations. Without education, people wouldn't have the skills necessary to build a society and work their problems.
My children are going to be one of the most important things in my life. They need to be disciplined, smart, healthy, and happy.
As an individual and the people around me, I expect no less in mutual respect, equality, and kindness.

Dogs have been a huge part of my life. With the love, responsibility, companionship, and trust, dogs will continue to be a reason why I smile.
