On the Road

The Mustangs hit the road for the first time this season after starting the season at home for just the second time in program history. Stevenson is 51-43-4 all-time in road games, including 6-8-0 last season.

Scouting the Mustangs

Stevenson posted a pair of shutouts to start the season, marking the first time in program history the Mustangs have not allowed a game through the first two games. The Mustangs are just 1-for-16 on the power play but are a perfect 9-for-9 on the penalty kill. Junior Trinity Barcless dished out a pair of assists while classmate Annika Carlander posted a career-high 28 saves. Both freshmen Karly Aguirre and Ashlyn Bray netted their first career goals.

Block Party

Stevenson has totaled 29 blocked shots through two games this season. In the season opener, the Mustangs totaled 19 blocked shots in a scoreless overtime tie versus UMass Boston. Freshman Ashlyn Bray has a team-high five blocked shots while sophomore Tea Ferrara has four. Four different players have four.

Scouting the Knights

Neumann posted a season opening 4-0 victory over New England College before falling 2-0 to UMass Boston. Jeannie Padden has a team-high two goals while Katelyn Brown has one goal and two assists. Helen Cooney started both games for the Knights, totaling 68 saves on 70 shots. Neumann is 2-for-7 on the power play and 10-for-11 on the penalty kill.

Unbeaten in Overtime

After posting a tie in overtime to open the season, Stevenson is now 8-0-13 all-time in overtime games. The Mustangs have never lost in 21 overtime games in program history.

Scouting the Valiants

Five different players scored a goal for Manhattanville, who went 0-1-1 versus Johnson & Wales on opening weekend. Ana Tittmann leads the team with three points on one goal and two assists. Taylor Elias and Lena Flores split the games with Elias posting a 2.77 goals against average and a 90.3 save percentage. The Valiants are 3-for-13 on the power play and 8-for-11 on the penalty kill.

Series Histories

Stevenson leads the all-time series versus Neumann, 10-5-1. The Knights won the first five games of the series while the Mustangs won the next 10. The two teams tied in the last meeting, which gave Neumann the final playoff spot in the UCHC last season.

Stevenson and Manhattanville are tied at 3-3-2. The Valiants went 1-0-1 a season ago, winning 6-2, before the team's skated to a 3-3 tie. After Manhattanville won the first two games in the series, the Mustangs have gone 3-1-2 since.
